I played this but could never get past that man eating plant the one a few screens ago where you need to go thru it's maze of snagging vines to get the berries.

Me and my dad used to play this game when i was only 5 or 6. I'm 21 today. We couldn't figure out the "put gem in mouth part"! We never got past that bit :(

my game glitched after you fall down in cave. The 2 pink monsters just stay standing on top of the rocks and kill me if i try to walk east. Nothing I can do...

The main part I don't like about the left route at the water is that a waterfall slams you into hard ground offscreen. Just one of the silly ways the game can kill you.

It's amazing what they were able to do with just 16 colors. I actually played this and a couple other early Sierra games in crappy 4-color CGA.

haha! me too, those were the days, miss the old feeling of these games. maybe it was just because i was a kid, but a new game felt like a whole new world, ready for you to explore.... don't get that feeling from games now a days, at least not often enough,, maybe im just getting to old!? =D
