  • this looks almost as great as in movies

  • IWTF!!!!!!!

  • WTF

  • Peter you were an exceptional fighter and you time came after mine. You should be able to look back with a lot of pride in all that you accomplished!

    Marc "theroman" Costello

  • yes that was the movie ane he should have been the STAR!! His skill is amazing!

  • His is a STAR! I was his trainerfor many years, and you should al see his last fight , when we went to Paris to fight DIda Diafat in a rematch in 1996 where Peter retired with a 50-0 record. The fight was toe -toe for 12 rounds. One of the most exciting Kickboxing fights in history , with the exception of our Sensei Benny Urquidez. Rates up there with "The Jet's" fights!

  • Where can I see that fight????? He is an inspiration!!!!!!!

  • I gave Peter my only cop years ago, and still waiting to get it back, I have a copy that is not very good for uploading, but will try and get a better copy to upload for all the fans to see.

  • Great I can't wait to see it!!!!

    Much thanks to you.

  • What i meant was the focus of the movie character should have been him.. his skills were far superior to anyone else on the movie! He had to downplay it of course so that the other guys looked good.. not that they were not professionals but no doubt he surpassed them all. His record proves his ability. Thanks again.. Mr. Cunningham you ARE a Star in my book!! I practice everyday and am inspired by your example and I;m 55 yrs. old.

  • Wasn't he in the movie "No Retreat- No Surrender?

  • yes sir. he was frank peters, the best in Seattle.

  • he's my god father

i love uncle petey with all my heart and his son chazz

he taught me alot in life including kickboxing

    Peter "Sugarfoot" Cunningham

    50-0 Hall of Fame Kickboxer

  • Peter Cunningham was an exceptional fighter

  • Can someone tell me what year this was?

  • Peter actually retired with a record of 50-0 8 time world champion and black belt hall of fame :)

  • @hondaonly

    didn't he lose to Dieselnoi?

  • legend! over 51 fights 1 loss hall a famer!

  • The loss was disputed in Paris , taken of his record. Peter fought Richard Sylla for Pete's WKA Super Lightweight Title, Sylla came in 10lbs.+ over the wt limit. It was in Syllas hometown , the judges gave him a B.S. split dec. by 1 point, while still maintaining it was a world title fight ,to save their ass, created a new division ,The Jr. Welterwt,Title, thus allowing Sylla to keep the Super Lt wt Title, to keep us all happy,Thus 2 champs at the same wt , two diff. names for the Title.

  • Damn! How could you end it like that?? :/ SO WHO WON FINELY???

  • great fighter
