Do you know how long I was filming for that day? I had done my tricepts, shoulders, traps and forearms. Then, I did a few rounds of shadow boxing. I was also filmed 3 minutes straight punching the bag.

It was also DAYLIGHT! Plus, I hadn't feed. Vamps do get weak at times.
