I lived in china and I do agree with you. Majority chinese are rude, coarse and have no manners. They seem to think it is ok to spit, pee and shit everywhere. Most of them seems to think nothing of killing another fellow human being over something trival like a few dollars.

That said, Chinese government however do treat the Tibetans a lot better than the normal chinese. Tibetans in general are given more public benefits, like Aboriginals in Australia.
