Oh, you make me laugh my friend, but I understand your misery! How can they (foreigners) know that there is no bouzouki in the islands of the Ionian Sea?! Only mandolins and they are singing "cantates" there. It's the Italian influence... Well, there are though tourists in Corfu also and they love a genuine "Zorba" where ever they are! Geia sou!
