Maybe it's me, but I can't 100% tell whether or not she's wearing underwear here. She was great in this towering film. The latest remake was even better (the Jeff Bridges version in the 70s was a travesty), but the original King Kong was an amazing film and she was hands down the most beautiful Kong woman yet.

Fay Wray is undoubtedly a phenomenal screamer, but I'd suggest that you listen to the "Ultimate Scream Queen" video (featuring Evelyn Ankers) at the top of suggestions. Evelyn Ankers was considered the best screamer at Universal Studios. I'd be curious as to who's scream you think is better: Evelyn's or Fay's. Film historian Gregory Mank said that Evelyn screamed "wildly, hysterically, magnificently."
