There's a place in the Every city in the United States called SMALL CLAIMS COURT, you SUE companies or people there for claims under 10K...believe me it works.
Wow...you get a 14 day return policy where you wouldn't have been charged. Don't blame someone else because you didn't follow through when you should have.
they don't care... They robbed me as well. And i can tell you after me calling so many times
and i got sick of calling I proved them wrong but yet they still are charging me $216.00 after my contract ended in november and i already paid my last bill in december, but yet they lie and made up some bullshit to scam me. I told them i will never pay the bill but i don't know what to do because i don't want to ruin my credit. My God they just don't care. Good job on your video you did very well.
Ok, so let me get this straight "a few weeks went by" after you initially signed up for your service, and then all of a sudden it "stopped working". It sounds to me like your phone has an issue, not the service. Maybe as a customer you should do more research before signing two year contracts. 4 bars is "outdoor, in-car, and in SOME buildings" five bars outside and you should be fine. Let them cancel your contract and take it up with a dispute once it hits your credit report. Quit cryin.
they are mobile phones, not sit-on-your-ass phones... no cellular provider can guarentee indoor coverage... maybe you should get a new SIM and if that doesnt work, get a better phone rather than a cheap ass 44 dollar plan with a basic nokia 5320.. you pay for what you get
I was so angry with what they did to me, I broke my contract and went with another carrier. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau asking for a credit on the early-termination fees and, without any resistance at all, they credited it all back to me.
After 7 years with T-Mobile, I ran into serious support issues. I canceled my subscription and had my numbers (4 of them) ported to Verizon. Rather than eat the $800 ($200/line) in early-termination fees, I argued a breach of contract on the part of T-Mobile, which freed me from having to pay the fees.
Carriers will change your contract on a fairly regular basis without telling you. When it does change, the original contract is no longer in effect, which means no more early-termination fee.
I Feel your pain. I had bought 2 phones and with unlimited internet service. I have found that i am limited to the videos i watch. If it requires flash, it wont work. I was promised that there would be an update. It never happened and they now claim that they don't know anything about it. I have walked into a T-Mobil store and acted like i never had a smart phone before I recorded the sales pitch. listen 4 yourself as they leave out important information, so they can make the sale.
Fuck T-mobile I swear that they stole 900 $ from me , they told me that i have changed my plan from a prepaid to an open line and they have no proof at all and they said you have to pay if you don't we have your social security number. They changed it to steal money I want help if any one can help please.
I have tried all of the providers in my area except verizon cause i heard they rip u off.. nextel used to be the best, but the data transfer for texting is too slow. cricket was decent. i tried t-mobile and at&t, lol what a joke. no signal in my house. sprint on CDMA is decent and way better than at&t and t-mobile.. i was amazed to find out that metroPCS has a stonger signal than all of them. even works when im in a sealed cooler at work, the boys at work are pissed lol... metroPCS FTW!
I LIKE T MOBILE BUT THEIR FUCKIN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH... ALWAYS SOMEONE YOU CANT UNDERSTAND, THEY ALWAYS ANSWER QUESTION YOU ALREADY KNOW THAT YOU DIDNT EVEN FUCKIN ASK,
Bad Service, Bad Products, Bad Choice, That's t-mobile!

Bad Service, Bad Products, Bad Choice, That's t-mobile!
t-mobile is horrible! Sorry to hear this happened to you! I just made a site to start making t-mobile hear how all of us that have been screwed by t-mobile. tmobilerippedmeoff . com
so everyone that returns their phone within the trialperiod still has to pay 35$ activation fee for each phone and a bill for an entire month of use. Even though you only used it for 2 weeks. So i said "what! they said at the store that if i was not satisfied, i couldreturn the phone." Then they said, oh, wait, you shouldnt be charged for the actvation fees or 1/2 a month. So your bill is only 56 dollars now. So, how many people wouldve just paid the 170 without question?
I took my tmobile phone back within the 14 day trialperiod because the service didnt work in my house or yard. Then they called me and said you owe170$ would you like to pay that now? I said what!
I stand with you 100%. I refuse to pay my 200 termination fee because tmobile provided very poor service. I told them to take me to court and settle contract dispute that way. Instead collection agency call my mother. That crosses the line. I want to put tmobile out of business. JOIN ME. Take it to the street. Power to the people!
much they enjoy their wireless service on here its mostly how they hate it or how something didn't go as promised. So with all of thet said no wireless company is "perfect" they all can and will have flaws. T-Mobile is generally known for its awesome rate plans (Unlimited everything for 79.99 a months nationwide without a contract...) I hope you decide to seek further assistance with someone that can resolve your current concerns and get you on with great in home coverage. Hope all is well! SAS
if this has been done and it will often time resolve all of your frustrations of not having the best coverage in your home where it matters most especially if you are paying for your service I know I would be upset too! It sounds to me without all of the info or the facts there is more that can be done to help you as a customer. I write this as a happy customer of almost 3 years and wish to have watched a happier video with how much you love the coverage, but I understand nobody talks about how-
your current handset if defective. If you choose not to do that you may have the option to replace your existing phone through your insurance. Or replace it with another phone via upgrade and you Helum (again i'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong) may even be qualified to have an installment plan for 4 or 20 months with no new contract!... Has your house been renovated with a different type of roof or has T-Mobile reset your phone in their system called iHLR? You may want to ask a technician-
Hello Helum, Sorry if I spelled your name wrong. I wanted to comment on this complaint so badly I started a You Tube account. You stated around 3:21 on you video "you noticed this within the first week" Tmobile gives you a mimimum of 14 days and up to 30 days if you live in California to return or replace equipment if your not 100% satisfied. You can also call back and request service requests again or you can request a handset exchange where they will send you another phone like new to replace-
@melissacarl2002 You may pay a restocking fee to have the equipment returned as part of any carrier not just tmobile this is stated in your service agreement you sign upon initial purchase. You will also pay for the days of service you kept the equipment for

Could be the phone or it could be a bad sim card. Read the fine print it states that they can not guarantee service indoors.
