Sam I dont know if you've tried this but pure vitamin e oil ( the one I use is from Jamieson) on the lips at night will leave them amazingly soft in the morning. No more dry lips for sure! =]

Sam, just wanted to mention there is a stomach virus going around. Atleast here in Pennsylvania there is. I have had it on and off for two weeks. It also includes a headache, fatigue and body aches. Hope this isn't what you have. Hope you feel better soon :)

you might have issues with the oils restaurants use for cooking. I eat fairly healthy and when I go out I always get upset stomach....my body can't handle the oil. Hope this is helpful
