I need to see more. Flicking through a few menus and visiting 1 website isn't enough for me to see how fast or slow this phone performs. Perhaps modding the DEFY and running Android 2.3 will make it a lot faster?
@arizonakilla480 no, modding a phone is not illegal, but it may void your warranty as the repair guy's won't be experienced with your custom software and therefore won't touch it. Official Android 2.2 should be out soon for the Defy. I got mine in March. Battery usually lasts me about 2 day's. If you use it heavily (3d gaming) it can go flat in under 12hours, but all smart phones are like that. I have my DEFY overclocked to a max speed of 1100mhz. The faster they run the more battery used.
