I got a question.....how about takin the 2.4 litre engine that mitsu makes for the base lancer and flippin it out and seeing the power you can get with the turbo. Im sure the torque would be strong.

I'd like to see a video of this thing on the street. I'd like to see how it drives. I'm skeptical to see if that kind of power in that platform is even practical. It's probably more practical than those huge hp supras. Get a video out please :)

i imagine the boost levels were close to 3 bar and the tank was filled with vp import .... what was the knock count lol the graph looks like you guys pulled some timing after the initial run .

I dont think this is a world record guys. Check AMS Performance. They made 750AWHP on their EVO X.

@conceptonefilm - This record was set before the AMS video. This motor is a 2.0L where the AMS motor is a stroker. This car holds the record for highest HP on a 2.0L

We have an Evo X and can definitely say the 4B11 is reliable. We have done many tests on it and it is more than holding its own.

We were just showing back to back pulls, HP will sometimes differentiate based on boost spikes from a manual boost controller.
