In the ballad of gay tony you can get all the weapons from gta iv and tlad but the weapons from the ballad of gay tony you can't get in gta iv or gta iv tlad

IT works like this: You get all the weapons from the PREVIOUS chapter.

I.E. TLAD has all GTA4 weps plus new ones, BOGT has all GTA4 weapons,TLAD, AND new weapons. Same goes for vehicles and such.
