hmm...u cant stop a ftw hacker that way, by aggressively using your items in hope that they will get attacked by them. you'll make them not trust you &they'll do their best to avoid you &win.

once u suspect &see that they really are ftw hackers, you let them race as they normally do, and you do the same, but keep an eye on them

when they're vunerable, u attack them with 1 item. green shells work best because of their speed.

keep attacking them and they're bound 2 leave, quicker than item spam.
