I think that the BNN studios of the game are located in USA. The headline says that a robot appears in Italy, and is being recorded by a reporter in Rome.

Imagine a news report in England with a headline saying "Terrorist attack in USA", but is being recorded in New York. Would it also be an error?

Lol, that really IS horrible voice acting. Also, one of the companies that apparently worked on "Enix". I hope they're not referring to Square. Also, wow, I think I got first view.

Nonethless, I think this game has some pretty cool music for it's intro video.

It was made by Enix, the company that made Dragon Quest. This was one of their last games before they fused with Squaresoft to become Square Enix.
