Thanks a million for that, to be honest I just spent tthe last two hours recording mistakes, again and again just to make sure I was getting them wrong, so your comments have cheered me up. All is not in vain! Thanks again MrBruntonshaw. Cheers and have a good one. Dave
@bluebrowne13 Thanks a million for the comments, The radial settings are (using clock settings) Level 12.00, High 11.30 (dark), Filter 1.00 (out), Drive 3.00 (med). Loved your versions of Hey Joe, loads of passion and great soloing. Cheers Dave
@CorkDave1 Wow - thank you!! Coming from you that is a HUGE compliment! I have recently began getting into EJ -style chord voicings to expand my vocabulary and you definitely have that area nailed. I have subscribed to your channel as well. Cheers!
@64cherry335 Cheers and thanks a million for the feedback, to be honest I don't know what it sounds like half the time...mostly unprintable. The DL4 settings (clock configuration - left to right) are Analog w/t mod. D 2.30 R 12 T 2 T 1 and Mix 11.30. This is the same settings I use for lead sound with the 335 and EJ Strats. Thanks again hope this is of some use. Cheers and Thanks again
@Simto Thanks for the comments, appreciate them. The mic's are an AKG Perception 220 (condenser) on the left C5 and a Shure beta 57 on the right C5. Both mic's are set off centre. These run into a TAC Scorpion 16/8/2 and from there into a small Tapco line mixer and the R/L outs direct into the camera. EQ is flat on both boards but some outboard reverb is added on the Tapco The guitar is split in to run right left from a line six delay in my pedal into the two C5's. Cheers.
You are sounding great man. Tasty playing.......keep in touch. E

@CorkDave1 Best EJ tone i've heard - Dave you nail it on the 335 and the Strats. What settings are you using on the DL4? Cheers.
