I hated her portrayal in X-Men. I never thought she deserved to play the character because she didn't have the charisma or whataver you want to call it. She just wasn't right for it. But after watching the interview she did for the movie, and after listening how she described the character Storm. You can see the passion in her eyes, the conviction in her voice. You can see she understand and respected the role. The scriptwriter just thought Storm wasnt important enough for the plot. That's all.
