Or possibly backstory for each of the characters and/or smaller stories of what each character did in the times they weren't onscreen.

An example: in the episode where bob is alone in the wild, you could show what the othera were doing at the time.

Hun this may be very random, but how about do a survey vid of whether people would like to see TFR 27 "voiced". And then if people DO want to see it voiced...hold voice auditions ^.^ And THEN, if you want you can make your fans "choose" which voice matches which character. Or sumthin' like that =D
