well I was only doing to type of Ellipticals one is for my arms and legs and the other works on my legs and my belly. I burn at least 500cal at the gym and only eat about 700cal well I hope this help. I am starting lifting weight now but I cant do it long at least not yet I am on 5lbs weights. well take care
