Where I live they have a limitation on Ice Climbers Chain Grab. I think it's three. I thought Jigglypuff could not get grabbed, did you just play really bad or am I missing something? :/
She can get grabbed but it depends on how. And the official limitation is 300% per stock. And this is a good IC from NY, so I was playing pretty well.
