There's a time when enough is enough and the liberal bs just goes too far. It's now popular to question the police and defend the criminal and look where that's getting us? Men and women are dying out there to protect us and we as a community need to support them and treat the criminal scumbags as just that and not the other way around.
Thank you to officer Birco for his service to his country and to the city of San Fransisco. Too often this scenerio happens, when the public official is ridiculed in the media when the "bad guy" actually responsible for the incident is babied through the system. Thank you sir, for speaking for officer Birco, as well as all other law enforcement all over the country. I hope administration from other departments can watch this video and learn how to stand up for the officers who work for them.

Liberal Judges are like a cancer ruining this country. You can identify them easily....they dole out personal recognizance bail bonds and use victim's taxpayer dollars to release hardened criminals through Pretrial Services.
All police officers should watch this video and learn from Delagnes. Easily an ideal model of a real officer. I wish more of the officers I've had dealings with were more like this guy
Confronted with violence from gangs against for example a patrolcar, the officers are instructed to retreat instead of calling in reinforcements, retaking the ground and sending a message... The boundaries and failure of democracy.. sadly enough..
Cuts right through you... In Belgium we need leading figures like this man too. In many cities like Charleroi and even some parts of Brussels we are losing the battle for the streets. I am talking about our capital city here! Dark spots in which now live so many scum and their families that their voting for lenient politicians paralises police efforts which are thwarted by these vote-crows..
WOW..nice.. I wish the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation would support there officers in this manner. Instead there trying to burn there officers and pamper the convicted felons. Sir you are a legend .
how about finding out who the prosecuting officer was too?
the judge simply looks at whats presented
if the officer who gathered the evidence did so illegally or was incomplete or false, then its not the judges fault is it?
nich burko didnt deserve to die, but the lack of community support for the police is deserved... & a result of high profile abuses which are not properly addressed
re-build that trust & community (even newspapers) support will return..
How many times do the great things the cops do make it to a high profile news report versus when they screw up (Yeah, they are human so they are gonna screw up every now and then, especially when a liberal judge likes to give every opportunity to the scumbags of society).
How about the ghetto community stop killing each other, stop protecting their neighborhood criminals and stop treating the cops like the bad guys because they do their jobs.

As a serving UK officer and on behalf of many others I would give anything for a Boss who publicly spoke out and defended his officers in what is becoming an impossible job to do, instead we continue to recruit, 'YES' boys, maybe there lies the problem!
