  • Rode a similar one of those today except for it having 2 doors, the indicator not working, the relays being very loud, it not being modernized and still having bumpers, and the motor being a lot quieter I rode the exact same elevator in Cary, N.C (because it wasn't modernized it was a surprisingly nice Dover elevator

  • Nice! I remember the Embassy Suites! I stayed there once when I was in Boston.

  • this used to be a barracks for the military college the citidel it was made in 1860 i think someone told me and in 1980 the ebassy suites took the property and remodeled it into the hotel u see today i may be off a little on some of the dates

    I see on the opposite side, they have a couple "Man-Powered Scenic Elevators" as well!

  • What is on level M?

  • It probably means Mezzanine - the lowest "balcony" level between the lobby and the guest rooms I think.
