  • OLD SCHOOL ALL THE WAY

  • old skool all the way !!

  • 50/50 on bugeye 50/48/ on 04 an up ha thats cake

  • looks like RC to me.lol

  • lol that's all their good for...

  • Russ Swift, for the win.

  • my granny can this

  • i would like to do that. just for ones.

    i love subaru

  • Precision driving

  • good ol' all wheel drive donuts!! the front corner can spin nearly twice the speed of the others due to weight decrease...insane.

  • way cool! that whould be so fun i could do that all day

  • That is incredible.

  • wow how cool of a job would that be drive a crazy car all day and get PAID for it

  • cool but looks dagerous hpow litte protection between the car and spectators

  • first off to reply to this gentleman... prefessional driver. and has anyone noticed that its not an STI its a WRC

  • its still an STI but rebuild to become a rally car. duh

  • can uget a @wd subaru Sti?i thought they all came 4wd standard or is thth wat the WRX is?

  • 4WD usually means all 4 wheels turn at exactly the same speed. AWD generally means there is an open diff or LSD(Limited Slip Differential)that allows them to turn at slightly different speeds(otherwise you would wear down tires very quickly and it would be impossible to steer on the street). grenadexjumpr is right as well. 4WD and AWD both basically mean all 4 wheels get a percentage of torque from the motor. I believe the old WRX got a 60/40 Rear/Front and most legacy's get 50/50 torque split.

  • good discription! also 4wd usually means it can be turned on and off :)

  • you dont even know what LSD is. it locks the axles when you go straight and lets them spin differnet speeds only around corners that why they are called limited slip. the clutchs in the diff unlock when turning. allwheel drive has an allwheel drive transaxle that splits torque between the 2 cv shafts and drive shaft. 4 wheel drive is mostly selectable and has a transfercase and front diff with a front drive shaft.tire wear has nothing to do with it. WRX sucks by the way

  • LSD is a drug. and you must be on it to think wrx sucks.

  • @tingles03 amen

  • The newer Sti has a selection set up. You can choose where the torque is sent. Front bias or rear. I think they started that setup in 05. I might be wrong though.

  • That guy is the bollocks! Amazing!

  • Could be converted to RWD a simple $700 tranny sleeve and about an hour to install can do that. Other than that these red necks posting they can do it better in their trans ams, camaros, rustangs... congrats, lets see your video. Till then put your hand in your mouth and stfu.

  • no its not that simple firstly you have to take out the front drive shafts then replace the center diff with a lsd then change the rear diff to a lsd or viscous diff. i'v converted a few or them

  • talk is cheap... upgrade my car like that for free and ill be impress! ahahaha

  • 2005 and higher are ugly

  • wow..like we havent seen donuts. imports are pathetic, he cant even really smoke the tires. my trans am could do better.

  • It's all-wheel drive, retard.

  • you stupid fuck wrx's are awd you dont need 2 smoke tires and smokin tires all depend on what type of compound you have on your tyres and what sort of surface your on

  • yea but i bet you couldn't do that in that car.

  • Trans Am's are for rednecks.

  • the subaru is also awd. thats why he isnt smoking the tires. and that subaru will definitely last londer than your trans am. but dont get me wrong im a die hard chevy fan(Gm). but subaru's last for ever.

  • You don't understand AWD do you?

  • Neat......

  • need more room.

  • I feel dizzy.

  • hah, i dont see evos doen that

  • go check here in youtube ull see one

  • no worries the sti still does it waaaaaay better anyday....

  • I like like WRX's more, but to be fair an evo could easily do that.

  • cause most of the owners are nihilists

  • ok, i see i got some more work to do... now where will i find a nice indoor smooth pavement like that, where i won't ruin my tires :) that is some nice stuff... where was this shot at? (town/state or country?)

    Thanks!!!

  • excellent drift man

  • KEWL!

  • Luv it!!!

  • 2wd?

  • Yes! Left rear and right front wheel drive! Your ability to notice is at it's best ;)

    ...rofl

  • nice

  • arab rap

  • no.. if you barely put pressure on the brake pedal it will brake only your front tires and not the rear.. thats how he is swinging his rear end in circles towards the end.. hes applying little pressure on the brake to keep his front tires more stationary and over revving his downshift

  • Cool but i prefer modern cars rather than vintage

  • And dry pavement for difficulty?

  • How about a machine twice that size on dry pavement???

  • how does an sti drift? rnt they 4wd?

  • Driver Controlled Center Differential All-Wheel Drive: Driver Controlled Center Differential All-Wheel Drive, Normally, DCCD splits power 41% front and 59% rear. Sensors monitor parameters such as wheel slippage, steering angle, throttle position and braking to help determine torque distribution and direct it to the wheels with optimum traction.

  • How much torque is transfered to the rear wheels with the bias switch, its a 60:40 spit isn't it?

  • 65:35 spit

  • i think that is how he chase off the reporters...

  • torque dif...

  • sti's are all wheel drive how is he doing donuts like that..did he change it to RWD or something?

  • can pass

  • I can't wait to own an STI!

  • Cool Drifting by Russ swift
