@nick5141995 Rose Hills Cemetary is public, you'll see just about anyone buried there.My brother is next to a Chinese and a 9 year old Mexican and hes burried in the more expensive section (top of a mountain where you can see all of Los Angeles). Easy E must be in the lower, flatter and older area of Rose Hills and only explanation i can give you is perhaps the person buried next to him purchase that gravesite many years ago or Rose Hills had that gravesite available

and the family bought it.
