Hey Franz, I picked this guy up not to long ago, Along with Smolder with Chopster. Both reall cool PCC FIgures. I had Q for you one LeadFoot with PinPoint. That Q is this, On the bottom side of the figure( in car mode). There is a black flap hat unhinges and folds down. I noticed that it does show that in the directions. I was wondering if you had any idea what that might be fore? perhaps show that in a video with your thoughts or opinion on that piece?. Looking forward to hearing back from you

Great review. So far after Huffer this is the only other figure i do like. He's a nice homage to Lightfoot from Masterforce. He also reminds me of Blacker/Gripper from Victory as his formula 1 mode is beefed up.

Hey Franz, Nice review on this one. @ firs when i saw the very first PCC figure being reviewed i wasnt really sure if i liked the figure or the pccs in general but my thoughts on them of have changed and i do like them, there a pretty neat toy line for transformers. I dont have any of my own yet but im sure i will be collecting them at some point. I like both the robot mode and alt mode too. mini con is pretty neat too. Great job with this one!

perhaps you can wait for them to go on clearance. they're not selling as well as the other lines, because of their relatively steep pricepoints.

It looks like an interest figure ... but I have a couple of questions ...

1 Are thesa combiners part of the movie line figures ??

2. When u combine them them in robot mode the arms and the legs become really short with blue parts at the end of each ... are u supposed to add other minicons on those blue parts ?? Or that is the whole mode ??

i'm not sure. they look more like a hybrid--inspired both by the movie-verse and the generations/universe line

you're supposed to combine them with drones you get when you buy the 5-pack PCCs. Hasbro came up with this gimmick of interchangeable body parts so you can create your own gestalts. i apologize that i could not show any in this video, since i haven't picked up any of the 5-packs and am waiting for them to go on clearance.

@fxfranz Thanks Franz now everything is more clear , I jsut went to the store and saw the 5 pack u said , I dont know over at Manila but it wasnt that expensive over here, the problem was that they sold only two combiners and the five pack u said and they were almost the same price ... around 18 dollars the combiners and 22 the five pack ... thankss :)

Ive all so been checking up one these power core and wave 2 and 3 looks like they have some repaints . why cant hasbro make new ones . more of them ugh .whats your thought on this ?

@felks22us You can go to seibertron(dot)com for info on the newest transformers stuff. they have all the info on the wave 4 pcc's coming out too, except one 2-pack. as for Searchlight, Huffer and Smolder, they're great for certain fans.

well Hasbro likes to recycle molds as they've explained in BotCon and SDCC

from an entrepreneurial and business perspective it makes perfect sense to do so. but for collectors, it's a hit or miss on repaints and redecos

i for one am a big sucker for repaints and redecos--curse you Hasbro!!!
