@blablblaumtes They are not easy. If you pick the appropriate weight they should be challenging. Since I do not go to failure though, it can be easier than going to failure because you are not wearing down your muscle as much. Yes, there are results. You will not get bulky muscles though, so you may not think you are getting results. If you want a figure like Jillian Michaels, this is not the workout to be doing. The cardio part of these workouts is essential.

I never noticed the deltoid machine for YEARS. It was like a shirt in your closet that you never wear. Since discovering it, my deltoids have blown up.
