  • WELL GOD BLESS YOU !

  • you are helping everyone by recycling furniture and using the bus.

  • great job liked it...I live very cheap and love it .....

  • Yes very inspirational, and i see so much support in the replies on youtube.

  • Now that's what I call being frugal.

  • Very good! My philosophy is that wealth isn't the dollars you have, but what you get out of them. I know millionaires who live lower than I do, because they aren't resourceful with the money they have.

  • Love this. I'm still trying to master living on a lot less.

  • I find great buys at thrift stores in and near college communities!

  • God bless you sister !

  • That's not poor. That's middle class in my book.

  • I'm an artist, now full time. No matter how much money I have had in my life, I love to garbage pick. Like garage sales, you never know what treasure you will find. Sometimes you can find really cool stuff to use as planters or even refinish to use indoors. I have fixed broken chairs, etc. My mother in law was from Europe and taught me to do this. She had plenty of money because she was frugal, like this woman. The media brainwashes you to buy high end and be all that so you consume.

  • Also, i'd love to see more video's from you Donna. People like myself find real encouragment in them. Because of the way you live your life. I've made changes that have saved me real money over the years. I live a very nice comfortable life on a little over $14,500 a year. And for those out there who say "you can't do it". I say yes you can if your willing to be frugal like Ms. Freedman. Stop living the high life if your only making a beer budget. Being honest with yourself is the first step!

  • I've been a BIG fan of Donna Freedman & her MSN Money Blog for over 6 years now. I've watch this video for inspiration so many times i've lost count. She made HUGE changes in her life. And wasn't afraid to live on $12,000 a year to reach her goals. She proves that not only CAN you live on a small income. But you can do it and have a little bit of money left over each month. Now, even though she is doing better money wise. She still lives the frugal life. THANK-YOU Donna for everything!

  • wish I could find a woman like this.

  • @SupErFeRrit22 That is the most unenlightened thing that anyone can say is to kill the poor and feed the rich. You shoudl be ashamed for yourself. Life is not about being right but about enjoying your life. I live a decent life and I live on about $18k per year.

She did not fail at life she is just not greedy like some people. This way I love you tube I can see the everyday people's lives not rich people or made up fantasies on TV.

  • you go girl

  • I wonder what she is studying...whatever it is, I bet she will accomplish!

  • Thankyou sooo much for this video

  • Very inspirational

  • I find this woman so inspiring...what a diligent and resourceful person!:)
