This video was sped up as soon as the cap was pulled, notice the frame lag effect after the pin is pulled. ZThe ignition would take on this setup several seconds at least before smoke would begin to emit, which it did but was cut out of the video as he attempted to hold the smoke bomb in one spot.

@testing2741 True it does take several seconds before ring is pulled and smoke comes out. Fuse burns quick though, so don't use for anything you may need to get rid of in hurry. Can only hold in hand for little time until smoke grenade really starts burning. Comes shooting out both ends. Very hot!!!

could use paper matches they are free at most convenience stores. Pull ring  and strikers is reusable.
