I love pole vaulting It gets easyr the more you practice, I remember when I first started, my first like 5 meets where all no heights then bam one meet I cleared 6ft, and ever cince then I'v just been going higher and higher, my goal this year is at least 10ft (or higher hopefully) my goal for my senior year is 13 (lofty I know but I'm determentd not to let the guys have all the fun going way high XP) Girls try your best and dont give up! (and put your hair in a bun, min's nocked the bar off b4

Ive actually just started pole vaulting for my highschool's track team. It really is difficult. :P Im not even able to clear 6 feet yet.
