Yeah they did - only some of the ghds had the fault. the normal plate ones are best for your kind of hair cos you can curl and straighten really easily. They r the best i have tried from T3 and Chi. The thin plates are for shorter hair and put kinks in your hair more easily because the barrel is so smooth and roly. Nice to see some english grrls on here. x

well, just be patient! I've been growing mine since i was like 4 or 5 lol but do get it trimmed (it encourages it to grow & gets rid of your split ends) every six to twelve weeks. Also when it gets really long if you don't use a conditioner (even a two in one) you probably should start using one coz it gets really unmanagable
