i think ur problem is ur hitting all strings on all the chords. on d u use the 1-4 strings and e u use all, g use all, and then a use 1-5. thats how i was taught. but it sounds great otherwise. keep at it

NO!!! I wish i could have learned notes first its alot harder to start with chords....well its easier, but then its harder to learn notes cuz you just want to use chords all teh time. When i made this video i had been playing about two months.

You've got a pretty good voice, but it is pretty nasaly, and your guitar is drowning out your voice. The chorus is better than the verses, but try and get some singing lessons. They will help. :)

haha yea its really easy you just play D Em G A each for two beats except when you get to "and when i got home" then u start playing each one for four beats until the end of the chorus....just listen to it and its not hard to pick up i can send u teh tabs if u want

Um, again, kind of spaztic with the guitar, and everytime you do that it throws off your voice. and maybe you should, play it off with maybe a piano first cuz you're kind of off tune. There is no need to be so tense, your arm should flow with the guitar, not beat it.
