valve makes updates and changes the charcter
dmg/speed/abilitys(not that much)
but the changes are very small
one update ruined the game a little
but its a good game i recommend (:

as much as i know there was no change in the scout speed
changes are extremly small and only to balance the classes and help you have more fun
The Demoman is undoubtedly on the same tier as the Heavy Weapons Guy.
If only the Demoguy was still black and Scottish, but he needs a full red beard and mustache, and full Scottish regalia (kilt and such).
