both my gf and best friend are in manila ryt now...gf said she had to stay on her roof for 2 days and my best friend said the water at her place was shoulder high. just glad they're all ok (both said it was a nightmare)

I live along Congressional Rd. one block from mindanao Ave. We were not flooded. It didn't know the water level was this high nearby.
