I am sooo slow still. But eating about 2 and half raw meals a day and getting better to catch on. What's the point here - Krista, I didn't even know you had your own channel, much less played the piano. I recognized you in one of the side previews and clicked on it and there you were. You are so inspiring. I have piano skills and knowledge, but I can't ever pull off a song. I am paralyzed by fear (and here I am a piano teacher) and nothing goes right. It's like I am programmed to fail, or I have a learning disability. Strange, it goes away when I teach. After I teach a song, I can play it. Should be the other way around!!

Smile. I knew you could, an artist always connects with their art beyond the basic. I do not play. I love the harp though and violin, they are my favorite. The harp is a masterpiece to me. I played piano when I was younger for just a bit. I am a poet though and spoken word artist, as well as dancer. I know the feeling and when you are in that sacred space you wish not be anywhere else.

I will do your song someday in the future but it honestly might be awhile as I only get to practice/play when I visit my parents every 2-3 months & so when I do play I only have a limited amount of time to make a piece half decent enough for youtube & there are so many pieces that are already calling to me but I am taking your request to heart, even if it may be many, many months from now that I make a vid of it...but hey, at least there's something to look forward to!

@ucandothis1 you really hit the nail on the head with your comment, as not only is it a compliment (so thank you!) but it's also the bane of my existence because i always want to do everything, all of the time, because no, there isn't something that i cannot do...nor that anyone else cannot do! it is very challenging for me to focus on one thing at a time, but i am always focusing, and having a goal of putting up a piano song on youtube helps me a little bit, even if i can't finish the songs ;-)
