  • Don't forget also to strech your neck, which will be in a kinda extreme position while paddling.

    There are some more complete streching exercises for surfing, but the basic advise here is 100% right: strech your body, get freedom in your joints, so more energy for your movements, and less risks of injuries... ;-)
