Yeah. In the manga, in an "Extra", it said that people asked Osamu if he took that from Isaac, but he told them he had made up these laws long before Isaac did. He just never "wrote" about it, he went straight ahead to put them to work in Astro Boy. I could believe him, though. In everything hes showed us fans behind the scenes in the manga, hes tried to be very honest. Man... My boyfriend and I wish we could have met Tezuka before he died... He really sounds cool. :)
