you guys realize this isn't even the grateful dead's song, right? when they do it every night, it's their rendition of the song. this was stoopid's version. yes they are jamming, but it's still their time to play the song. and yes, he gave weir one verse, but thats a great one. and if anybody thinks these are just some dumbass kids, i'm sure plenty of people thought the dead were fucking up plenty of other covers their entire career. am i calling stoopid the new dead?no.but it's their rendition

Additionally, Wikipedia describes the song as a "blues song that has been adapted by numerous artists", the key word being ADAPTED. Sheesh, some people just don't get it, do they?!

To all you haters; too fast? "Annoying" voice? Out of their league? At the end of the day Slightly Stoopid have brought their own style to this song. Sure it's nothing like Grateful Dead's version, but that's the point! If Stoopid were just some carbon copy of another band, do you think they would have experienced the same success? SS thrive on their originality, so if you don't like it, listen to the Dead's version. And before you attack me, I love both versions.
