  • Your all missing the point. If the person actually owes the tax there can not be a compromise. When a compromise is done.....we all should have a say in it because, again if we owe the taxes and someone is given a break, that lost revenue has to come from somewhere....other Americans

  • Insane. I don't "owe" the IRS my assets and neither do YOU.

  • How about this offer: "Leave me alone and I won't fly a plane into your building."

  • The Constitution contains about 4400 words and was meant to be understood by all.

The tax code contains about 10,000,000 words and was meant to be understood by none.

The Supreme Court has ruled that the Sixteenth Amendment gives the government no new powers of taxation; therefore the entire tax code is null and void. Its unconstitutional and therefore not the law.

The income tax is illegal and should not be paid.

  • @KevinMerck WOW! Im so glad to hear some of us are really awake out here! It makes me sick to hear this idiot talk about paying the privatized IRS foriegn collection agencies. Anyone paying them is helping the national debt and paying off nothing.

  • The income tax is completely legal. Your statement is completely bogus and your conclusion is false. The short answer is that, while the Supreme Court did hold that the 16th Amendment conferred no new power of taxation, the amendment relieved the pre-existing power to tax incomes from the constitutional requirement of apportionment. Therefore, the previous problem with the income tax was removed and the income tax is now constitutional.

  • No it isn't. Show us where it's unconstitutional.

  • If the income tax was mandatory, it would be unconstitutional for a number of reasons. The easiest one to understand is the fact that it would violate our fifth amendment right not to be a witness against ourselves. Americans can not be compelled to waive a constitutionally guaranteed right. We can not be forced to give information about ourselves that could possibly be used against us criminally.

  • Unfortunately, though the laws are written in a voluntary nature, the courts are usurping their powers by making the laws up as they go along (after all their employer is the very one that purposefully created the voluntary/vague statutes). The courts are putting people in jail if they choose not to volunteer for a voluntary tax. They are acting as judge, jury and executioner. Title 26 is so vague that neither the courts nor IRS agents can agree on any given topic.

  • What's cute is that most people won't qualify for an Offer in Compromise. They want the administration fee and 20% of your debt upfront. If your debt is large, you probably don't have that kind of money laying around - so - disqualified. And an OIC is the more expensive way for you to go. And destoyrs your credit.

"Just work out a payment plan"?? Yeah, right. The only way to avoid a lien or garnishment is to let the agent tell YOU what you will send in each month, then you hustle to do it.

  • Offer of Compromise = Your life belongs to the IRS for 10 years or until the debt is paid.

  • boy hes no better than the iRS itself. iam surprised at the negative comments towards him. then again he just keeps doing what the IRS would. same ole b.s.

  • section 61 does not define, nor does the rest of the 900 pages , the word "income" do the research on what the courts said about that.

  • former irs ? sounds like he still works for those bums, there are a multitude of reasons why most people are not required to pay these taxes, yet the government still tried to bully, intimidate, and harass the American people with their lies...besides, we dont work for them....THEY WORK FOR US... I thought Lincoln said this was a government of the people,by the people and for the people...ps he was also killed because he opposed the bankers; Kennedy likewise was trying to work FOR TEE PEOPLE

  • Hey George, you should have the answer to this one.

Show us the law that states that we have to pay income taxes on our labor???? There isn't any.

His hair would turn gray before he comes back and tells you, I couldn't find it.

  • Section 61 of Internal Revenue Code. Read it, analyze it, read it again, analyze it again, take a cold shower and read and analyze again.

Hope this helps. And if the IRS ever contacts you for non filing, give me a call.

    Yours,

    George

  • George, the Internal Revenue Code doesn't define "income." The Supreme Court has ruled that income is "gains from corporate activity," which wages are obviously not.

A law must be constitutional if it is to be legitimate, and the Internal Revenue Code is not. Let's not forget that forcing us to sign a 1040 violates our 5th Amendment rights.

Unfortunately, the IRS and lower courts IGNORE the Supreme Court rulings and make up their own "laws," and most people like you buy into the fraud.

  • Hey Bryan, it doesn't need to define "income". The Constitution doesn't define "equal protection", "right to bear arms", freedom of speech", etc.

  • Bryan, The Internal Revenue Code does not define income. Technically correct, but irrelevant. Section 61 of the Internal Revenue Code defines gross income, from which taxable income is calculated, as all income from whatever source derived and gives a number of examples of the types of income included in gross income in section 61, including compensation for services (i.e., wages, salaries, and other forms of earned income).

  • @proferic "The Internal Revenue Code does not define income. Technically correct, but irrelevant."

Irrelevant? Are you serious? You can not define gross income, taxable income, blue income, red income etc. without first defining income. The entire fraud is insulting. A gross widget is a widget that is gross.

This should be a wake up call for everyone to check into the legality of the income tax for themselves.

  • @proferic thats the problem right there, The tax codes only define private policy. If u are not a soverign individual u cannot make any claim to the Constitution u no have no standing in Law. There is no discussion after that, so they cannot charge us taxes or justify it. Why fight for them?

  • Why should we have to read it and analyze it and read it again? Why don't they write the code in a clear language instead of making it deliberately confusing? Why don't they just say, look people, we've been letting this private bank print up piles of paper money and we have borrowed it and now YOU owe them can VOLUNTEER to pay it all back with interest with your back breaking efforts and if you don't, we will steel everything that you've worked for and make your life hell. They borrow,we owe.

  • Try to appeal, they put a freeze on your bank account and everything else you own. Fking blood suckers.

  • Ya and its not even thier money, we worked hard for it.

  • The IRS is an agency of IMF in turn an agency of the.....UN

  • Important question: Once the monthly payment plan is agreed upon, can I take a second job for more household income without the IRS garnishing those wages?

  • Hey is income tax on wages even legal?

  • No, it's not! If they can't SHOW me the law, then I'm not paying.

  • Good and solid info!

  • the tax is legal IF you earn taxable income.. >> if not, there are forms which are for the purpose of correcting you made "wages" (federally connected) when in fact you earned nontaxable payments

  • there is no law that requires you to pay this tax.

  • Believe me, they will take your property and levy your bank accounts, law or no law. Ask Willie Nelson.

  • Don't put your money on in the bank and pay for your property in gold. If you pay in gold, you don't get a title or deed, you get a manufacturer's certificate of ownership that the government does not have a copy of or jurrisdiction over. If you pay with the "federal reserve notes," you are paying with worthless paper which is backed by nothing.

  • Show me the law that requires the average US worker to pay Federal Income Tax. Thank you!

  • Would like to hear your stance on the legality of the the IRS? Is it legal?

  • Thanks for the info. Great and honest video.
