i found it to be harder to grip the poles with boots on, skin contact- less clothes makes for better grip of the metal pole. duno why but try it... boots are alot harder... Nice moves, needs to be more sexy senual, but very good acrobats :)

all the spins ARE begginner moves and alot of tricks on this one are intermediate, if u put a hour day away u can learn all these moves in 6 months so yes id say its amature, but not after 3mins, in my pole studio the ones there r between intermediate2 and advanced depending on ones strength

not an amature! but best tricks iv seen on here so far the 1st song sucked tutu sucked but 2nd song was better she seemed too tense at first maybey nervouse but once she relaxed about 2nd song it was incredible

Ok, I have been doing this for about a year now...and it seems the only trick I cannot do is the one that starts at 2:03...can anyone give me an idea of how to do it? I can flip upside down, but cannot figure out how to do it that way :(

Pause where she starts and check out how her hands and arms are hooking up on the pole and watch where her shoulder is placed. This will give you an idea how to start. It will take a while to get this and it will hurt but once you get it, it is amazing.

@AMedyukh - she was an amatuer when she performed that, it was her first Pole Comp. She has been dancing before she took up pole for nearly 20 years, so that really helped.. She took to pole, like a duck to water..lol

Amazing! I'm very impressed. Great song choice/choreography. A lot of the videos on here are heavy on tricks, low on connection and sexy. This has a great balance to it.
