And to answer stingymoo's question, no, you don't need to earn "Infamy" to buy armors, weapons, or potions. Infamy is only important up in the higher levels when you need Enhancements.

it really depends on what kind of henchman you want and what type of player you are... my fav. build for any mm is dark powers... they rock!

Masterminds rule, I'd recommend a Ninja/Poison MM. It's pretty average early on, but once you have an Oni and 2 Jounins it can be pretty damn unstoppable.

energy willpower is a solid build. energy has 2 really big hits and all their attacks have a chance to stun

idk for brutes and like raw power and taking on mobs by yourself i think super strenth and elec. build is pretty damn good.

there are alot of great combos for brutes nowadays, the best ones i would have to say is earth/earth and super strength/invunerabilty.
