    I took a N scale U50 and did a drawing, scaled it up to 1:29 and

    went crazy. Photo's of her being built on photobucket under CAJONJP U%) album

    Good luck and let me know how you do. Mine took 10 months.

  • @CAJONJP could i buy a set of drawngs from you. i am starting one in 1.5 1/8th scale. i am going to do one of the double ended turibines as well.

    My typing is lacking of late, I meant to say CAJONJP U50 album on Photobucket.

    PM me and we can talk about the drawing. I used two Aristo U25B's for the motors, electrics and main body sections. The rest was hand made. You can see her run at the LA Co. Fair this year in Pomona Ca.

  • Its a General Electric U50. A 5000 HP locomotive.
