There is nothing wrong with these sneaker I purchase them yesterday and already can start to feel something in my calves. If your overweight these will not help you get off your fat lazy ass and hit the gym. I m 5'7 125 pounds so of course I have no problem with these shoes if your 5'5 150 punds maybe you should try a diet

@YoussefS they already had a lawsuit because there is no verifiable evidence that these shoes work, let alone what the actual percentages of toning will be. the decided to settle rather than challenge.

DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES!!! THEY ARE JUNK!!!
After the first use I noticed the rubber starting to wear off the soles. More and more wore off after each workout until finally, after about 41 days of use- one of the soles deflated.
Also, while you can feel the muscles working a bit harder in the first week or so of use- my muscles adjusted to them pretty quickly. So the benefits were minimal at best.
