  • I learned this method in massage therapy training and found it very relaxing and powerful, to anyone who is looking at "trend" you are here right??? Everything in life isn't painful or fixed with pills, but this is a very gentle approach to well being and health, thank you for posting a wonderful video :)

  • This is modern silliness... Natural movement according to the gravity is called a 'special method' with an expensive price tag. This is a modern naive trend. Though, of course, such moving is very good to learn.

    Make sure NumLock is on, then hold down the Alt key, press 3 on the numpad, and release Alt.

    Other numbers from 1 to 256 (after that, it repeats) will work as well, though some are symbols already found on your keyboard. You can make a reference sheet by sending an email to yourself which lists each number and the symbol it produces.

    A great inspiration.

    It's amazing to see, how easy, natural and creative these movements can be brought together to a relatively short, flowing, play-and joyful sequence, which can be performed whithin a few minutes and provide a maximum of effiency. Whenever i feel tired or stiff now, i do one of them and feel much better! Are you continuing the series? I hope so!I'm very grateful!
