Please don't feel left out....I expect there are lots of people who would have liked to have been on it. We couldn't advertise it because we wanted it to be a surprise. We wrote to a few friends, and I sent pms to some people who had done vid responses and comments to Peter. We were actually hoping to get more, and some of the people we wrote to didn't reply.
