No offense to you, but I'm aware of some scientific information which proves that a vertical axis wind turbine is extremely inefficient in many areas. A simple yet obvious flaw is that while the concave surface of the fins catch air to turn the turbine, we can see that the other fins which face the wind on their convex side are resisting the wind thus causing a self cancelling effect.... In addition to this there are other points that make this design less science and more quack.
