  • Instead of gripping from overtop of the leg and pulling the leg up, what if we were to place the back of the hand underneath the leg and hyperextend the wrist as a hook and pull up and away in that method?

  • This is great! Thanks man!

  • That looks awkward but I am going to definitely give it a try.

  • Why is this a substitute for bodyweight rows? Also, how do we put more emphasis on the middle deltoids? My elbow flexors tire much more quickly.

  • @christopherzau

The emphasis is on elbow flexors first and middle deltoid second.

  • But is there any kind of exercise for lats using no equip. at all (not even a bar) just a floor or a wall?

  • great job man! Kudos bro!

  • that really works, I can feel my muscles during the exercise, but isn't that harmful for my elbows when I do it on a hard ground, like wooden floor? it kinda hurt when I'm doing this and I'm not sure is that right

  • Thanks for your comment. You can place something soft under your elbows, if you want to.

  • Cool, new bodyweight exercise.

  • Thanks for the comment.

  • I saw this video when you first put it out. I tried these exercises. They look easy, but they work.

  • They do hit the biceps. Although they look easy, you are right.
