that really works, I can feel my muscles during the exercise, but isn't that harmful for my elbows when I do it on a hard ground, like wooden floor? it kinda hurt when I'm doing this and I'm not sure is that right

Why is this a substitute for bodyweight rows? Also, how do we put more emphasis on the middle deltoids? My elbow flexors tire much more quickly.

Thanks for your comment. You can place something soft under your elbows, if you want to.
