When Congress or the courts ignore the FACT that the 10th Amendment LIMITES the scope of the Commerce and General Welfare clauses, then We the People MUST ignore the 16th Amendment and limit Congressional spending power. It is OUR DUTY!
If Congress via the IRS comes after We the People for ignoring the 16th Amendment, then We MUST use the 2nd Amendment to DEFEND OUR LIBERTY! That too is OUR DUTY!
