I can't beleve that they Euthinize animals because they can't find homes for them. People depend to much on Pet shops. Rescue dogs can be just as loveing or even more. My friend has a rescue dog, and it's the sweetest dog on the planet.

A wonderful way to show how adopting a shelter or rescue dog can change that dog's life. All 3 of my dogs are rescues, and they give me joy every day. I lost everything in Katrina but my dogs and my car. The dogs were the important thing. We are together forever...

My german passed away,I was lost without him.I took his dog food to a pet day,wanted to feed a homeless dog.Well I met a siberian husky with big blue eyes.I was only going to foster him.Well everytime we went somewhere someone would say is tht your dog.I would say he is my foster kid lol .I went to the group after 2 weeks and adopted him.he had no one in his corner and yet he still trusted people and what he gives me is unmeasurable.Save a pet or donate to a group today.I am glad I did.

I have a Pomeranian that I rescued from being euthanized. Her name is Puff and she is a very good girl, I love this dog very much and she has been a part of my life for 7 years now. She was not wanted because she had come down with bad "kennel cough" and with some other kind of illness. I saw her and wanted her. I paid to get her and I paid good money for vet bills and meds to get her well. After about 3 months she was fine and is still in excellent health. I love my pom.

This is an excellent video. It literlly brought tears to my eyes. It breaks my heart to see an animal abused in any way. I hope that one day we will have no-kill shelters world wide. For people to feel that an animal is just that, "an animal", makes me sick. It hurts to see what could be such a loving companion to someone, destroyed just because no one wants them.God bless Wilson and all the other animals who are lucky enough to find a good, loving family.
