What they dont fucking say is how the fat in olive oil and nuts is healthy mono-unsaturated fats that help lower bad cholesterol and raise good cholesterol. Its more no fat bull shit just be vegetarian or vegan, eat fat in moderation, and stay away from the popular "diets." The popular "diets" are so bad for you.
I eat no animal products whatsoever and it totally works. I lost 15 kgs (like 30 pounds or so) in a few months without going hungry once. And I was also one of those people who said they would never go veggie but I don't miss anything from my former diet, once you learn how most of this stuff is produced having it around you and even smelling it makes you want to vomit!
I'm just a garden variety vegan and I have had so many benefits. I can't imagine how much better I would feel if I went raw food and no processed foods. I have been mostly raw before and I felt awesome but I have since fallen back on bad habits due to stress etc.
a well balanced veggie diet does wonder for health. I'm personally vegan but just becoming a vegan/vegetarian does not fix problems. It is very easy to gain weight as a veggie eater if you eat rubbish!
mmmmm... Hamburger...

For an ideal compromise between carnivorism and vegetarianism, find out about mammaltarianism, a diet that excludes most mammal-meat.
Search "Mammaltarian" on YouTube.
Go mammals!

I don't get why they would discourage raw nuts and seeds. It's animal derived fats that settle on your tush.
dogsarebetter 3 years ago 5
@dogsarebetter but seeds have natural acids that can cause to digest slowly and become fat.

@chizuru32 digesting slowly doesnt mean not at all, in fact it means you'll be fuller longer because once its digested, you're hungry again.

&& people have reasons other than environmental and physical ones for becoming vegetarian.
animals are slaughtered cruelly.
so it doesn't make you a pussy,
it shows you give half a fuck about something other than yourself.
