usually it takes a lot of years for one's soul to be so filled with lights and shadows, but early tragedies give a sort of life experience that can't be duplicated any other way. Her singing touches the soul at a universal level, there's a heartstring in everyone that vibrates to her emotions - and it makes me want to give her a big hug, and buy her a nice hot cocoa, and tell some jokes :)
@SupernalOne Well freakin said my friend ..I had never heard her music until I saw the beauty that was the Six Feet Under finale and I started checking her out on youtube and came across her KCRW performances and absolutely fell in love. She is ten times better than any other female artist out there today. It blows my mind that shes not an absolute mega star. In a way I like her that way better. Because its like this precious jewel that we can appreciate without millions of others to bother us

@SupernalOne oh yea ...I am def going to buy her records ...I usually do when I hear something that I really like ...to support the artist ..I mostly do that with books ...but every once in awhile I come across a true talent like Sia and dont mind spending the bread to support her art ....good stuff ...everyone is always talking about how great Adelle is ..and she does have a great voice no doubt but I think Sia is far beyond and above what Adelle could ever be ...just my opinion though
@SupernalOne Really in my opinion there is no comparison at all ...to me...Sia is the absolute best female recording artist out there ...nothing against Adele or any other "real" female artist ...but Sia blows 'em all outta the water and does so almost completely effortlessly ...and she's ridiculously gorgeous too ...Id marry that woman in a heartbeat ...but alas ..she prefers the ladies it seems ..
I do agree - soul & heart beat flash & show, every time, and Sia can bring it all - a real natural talent -- she has a contralto range, she can't hit the higher money notes, but with her delivery it doesn't matter. So she's gay ? Hadn't percieved it, but I've liked & appreciated all the gay women I've ever known - a sort of fierce tomboy edge to their femininity - well, as I said, I wish I were her friend ...
