I made a back story for the Duchess about how she first became a cannibal. She was traumatized by what happened to her son (the Pig) who died by getting eaten by the card guards. Out of depression, she sniffed the pepper and out of rage, she avenges her son's death by eating those who ate her son! Later, it gets out of hand and she goes into hiding in Bill McGill's house and hangs her son's portrait on the wall for rememberance.

I wouldn't say so. The Duchess had no actual affection towards the baby. Even in the real book, she couldnt have cared less where it had run off to. The pepper made her cranky before, but due to her bieng part of Alice's imagination the pepper made her more than just cranky.

You're right, it is a statue of Alice who is crying twin waterfalls into the river. The right side of her head has her hair blowing violently. The expression on her face is really sad when you see it up close in the game.

The Disney Alice in Wonderland wasn't the only movie made based on Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass. There are about 18 Alice in Wonderland movies already made and 2 being made.(one based on this game (American Mcgee's Alice) and one being made by Tim Burton)

Well if they're going to re-make it, it'll probably come out for PS3 and Xbox 360 as well, therefore the graphics will certainly have to be improved. I, also, think there will be an edited Soundtrack and voice cast.

The easiest way to get to the Duchess is to press the "~" key,type in "god" and "noclip",once it says "godmode ON" and "noclip ON",press the "~" again,press the space bar to go up,and press the "W" key to go forward. Keep going till you get to the house. Does that help you guys who don't get it?
