Goodmorning HDVideoCritic, the answer is lack of options on the part of YouTube. Spanish is the closest option given. In my opinion, a Portuguese option should be added.

On a beautiful sunny day in Brasilia the federal district government opted to implode an out of code building. The building had been standing in its skeletal form for over 16 years as the legal battle raged on in the court system. The building had been build up to 15 stories while the buidling code only allowed for up to 5 levels. Brasilia is a planned city as designed by President Jucelino Kubicheck and Oscar Niemeyer over 40 years ago and does not allow deviations of any kind.
